We’re Hiring for the Following Roles:

1. Sales Agents

Role Overview:
As a Sales Agent at Tunda.store, you’ll be the friendly face of our brand, helping customers complete their purchases and ensuring they have an amazing shopping experience. Your goal? To make every customer feel valued and supported while driving sales and earning bonuses along the way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in selecting products and completing purchases.
  • Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets to earn performance-based bonuses.
  • Share feedback to help us improve our products and services.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A customer-first mindset and a passion for helping others.
  • Self-motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce and online shopping is a plus.

2. Operations Officers

Role Overview:
As an Operations Officer, you’ll be the backbone of our supply chain and logistics. Your role will involve finding reliable suppliers, negotiating deals, and ensuring smooth delivery operations. You’ll work closely with boda boda riders and logistics partners to make sure every order reaches our customers on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and establish relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and affordability.
  • Negotiate deals and manage supplier contracts.
  • Coordinate with boda boda riders and logistics teams to optimize delivery routes.
  • Monitor and improve delivery processes to ensure customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in supply chain management or logistics is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • A proactive attitude and a passion for building efficient systems.
