- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Perishable goods (e.g., fresh produce, groceries).
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund as follows:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (e.g., mobile money, credit/debit card).
- Refund Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Deductions: The cost of return shipping (if applicable) and any restocking fees may be deducted from your refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
